    I changed the color of the map (doubles, everything) and didn't change any terrain or teams or what ever. just color. So when i try to load it on army men rts multiplayer it crashes. Help?

    access violation reading from 00000008th
    i just crashes game when i click on that map. Anyways i was dont with that map and placed on army men rts folder and i just cant play it..

    mmm that is a strange error, it seems to be problem of game.cfg, recheck all the labels of game.cfg and check that all lines that haven t labels finish with ";". If you want pm me the map and i will try to fix it. It can be problem of types.cfg that can do conflict with multiplayer hack.

    I detected many errors:
    1-There were some missing files (terrain_custom.tga types.cfg and engine_loading_back.tga)
    2-the minimap (terrain.tga and terrain_custom.tga) must be in .tga format, not in .bmp, to test this map I used the doubles terrain.tga because I don t have imageconverter plus, which is the only program as far I know that lets you convert files from .bmp to .tga
    3-there was one label without end in game.cfg, i added the "}" to fix it, so now its fixed.

    I fixed the above errors so you can test your map.
    Here is the download to the fixed map: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

    There are some things that i don t changed because maybe you want to change the gameplay settings of your map, this things are:
    -In game.cfg you must not put DefaultRule("protect");
    you must put RuleSet("protect");
    -The teams doesn t have any resources.

    Thank you so much! I'll remember those errors next time. Tough, It is kind of weird since the only thing I changed was textures only. Not gameplay or new units or what so ever. Just colors. So basically aren't I suppose to just change the codes back from terrain to world and protecthq to protect like they were before>?

    when you edit in the studio you make some changes in game.cfg file of the map. When you wanna get that map in to amrts, you should rechange the changes you made. Then it will work.
