    1. Download the flag you need
    2. make a new folder in army men rts folder and rename it
    as base

    3.copy the downloaded file into that folder

    Too bad Pakistan flag is deleted.. but btw.. will it only change our hq flag or also others hq flags in multiplayer.. if it does changes everyone's then is there anyway only our hq flag be changed?.. Neutral

    I am pretty sure that it shows up on only your PC but the other people see it as a normal HQ texture.
