As far as i know ,the best software (I mean the program) for map editing is the studio of the DR2 game.

hmmm, are you talking about the hidden studio editor of dark reign 2? Well I'm downloading it right now and I saw some video that the original game did not had it, they had to search it in some special folder or something.
