An odd error

This is {S.W}Lazer's desktop in Teamviewer. His project can be loaded in my computer, but it can't in his.I don't know how did it happen,and there's no valuable error message. The only 1 message is "Reading from 00000017h"
who can tell me how to solve it?

Sorry for it's low definition because i recorded that with my PocketPC, not a good camera.
