how can i put heroes in the baracks i got a few of them just not all of them

Extract the base.x and the .x file of your map. then copy the .x file of any heroe (for example sarge.x) and add this line under "Seeingrange(NN)":
Constructor("army.building.barracks");
Have in mind that no building can have more than 8 buildable units
